The Komoka Kings are pleased to announce the signing of 2010-born defenceman Wyatt Finch for the 2026-27 season.
Finch played his minor hockey with the Huron-Perth Lakers. Last year at the U16 level, Finch posted 1-20-21 in 30 GP. In the playoffs, Finch’s game took another step up, as he posted 3-5-8 in playoff games played. Finch and the Lakers went on to play at the OHL Cup, Finch’s second. He posted one assist in four games at the tournament, after playing three games at the prior year’s event.
As a result of his strong U16 play, Finch was selected by the Sarnia Sting in the 2026 OHL Draft, in the 5th round, 100th overall.
