The Komoka Kings are pleased to announce the hiring of Riley Gillespie-Wilson as the club’s play-by-play broadcaster.
Gillespie-Wilson is no stranger to the Greater Ontario Hockey League, having served as play-by-play voice of the Kitchener-Waterloo Siskins in the 2022-23 season. He attended College of Sports Media in Toronto, an institution that has gained a reputation for developing talented broadcasters across Canada. Gillespie-Wilson previously called games for the University of Toronto and the Barrie Colts.
“We are thrilled to add Riley to our Kings off-ice team”, said Kings President and GM Roop Chanderdat. “He will provide great commentary on our home games this season and make a great addition to our Kings family.”
“Riley is a very talented broadcaster whose passion for the game is evident,” said Kings Director of Media, Dylan Baker. “I look forward to hearing his calls this season and seeing him connect with Kings fans.”
Riley will be on the call for the Kings preseason and regular season action beginning on August 22nd.
