The Komoka Kings are pleased to announce the signing of 2009-born goaltender Owen Bienstman for the 2026-27 season.
Bienstman, who turns 17 in October, enters his first junior hockey season after a successful campaign with the Elgin-Middlesex Canucks last year. There, he posted a 1.56 GAA and 6 shutouts across 20 games played. Prior to that Bienstman spent time with the Chatham-Kent Cyclones organization.
Bienstman was selected in the 2026 OHL U18 Draft by the Kingston Frontenacs in the 2nd round, 30th overall.
The Kings look forward to Owen’s impact in the 2026-27 season.
